Terms of Use Agreement
This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("you") and Nexicon, Inc.,
("Nexicon") regarding your use of all aspects of Nexicon's Getamnesty.com (the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as Nexicon's
general Terms of Use and Nexicon's general Privacy Policy.
1. Use of the Getamnesty.com Service.
The Service is designed to help you avoid litigation and criminal prosecution related to copyright
infringements that have usually the resulted from the download of illegal files on the Internet.
By providing a monetary settlement to copyright holders represented by the Getamnesty.com, you
avoid criminal penalties including a prison sentence of 3-5 years and a fine up to $250,000,
statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement, and monetary damages equal to actual damages plus any profits.
2. Modifications of Terms.
Nexicon shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification
shall be effective immediately upon posting. Accordingly, we suggest that you check this page
periodically. To make your review more convenient, we will post a version date at the bottom of
this page. These terms may also be modified by separate agreement between you and Nexicon.
3. Miscellaneous.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall
be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of
the original provision and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Nexicon's failure to act
with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive Nexicon's right to act with respect to
subsequent or similar breaches. The failure of Nexicon to exercise or enforce any right or provision
of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This agreement
shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico.
