The AmnestyQuest website provides a service where you can make a payment (called a "settlement") for the media you illegally downloaded or distributed. In exchange, you clear your record related to any copyright infringements for that specific copyright and receive a liability release from the copyright holder(s).

STEP ONE
Login
Enter the Reference # and Password from the copyright infringement notice you received.
STEP TWO
View Infringements
Review your copyright infringement(s) and the settlement amount offered.
STEP THREE
Enter Payment Information
Select your payment method. Your Settlement must be completed within ten (10) business days of receipt of the copyright notice complaint or else the copyright holder may initiate legal action in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998.
STEP FOUR
View Receipt
After making your payment you will receive an "Amnesty" letter via email that will act as a release form and receipt, and the release form and receipt will also appear on the confirmation page.
